  • I am surprised to encounter so many problems on a vehicle that had so much reliability in the past. I have been unable to get dash air except for the floor and even the technicians who have trouble shot the system have been unable to fix the problem. My 2016 Holiday Rambler Vacationer has problems not expected for the first 10 years of use. The topper for the bedroom came loose after the seam gave way. The mirror cameras stopped working after one trip. The macerator puts out a smell almost every time it is used. After reading the inputs about the windshield, I am now more aware of the loud cracking sound I hear when I hit bumps in the road. I bought the vehicle to enjoy, not calling constantly as to when it will be fixed.

  • I have a 2107 38' Motor Home and my dealer didn't want to do anything to make warranty repairs after owning it for one month. BOAT & RV Hamburg PA worst dealer ever. I ended up making an appointment with factory service in Indiana. The people were great they took care of all my problems right there. They had an area where you had hooks and could spend the night. Boat and RV talked me into an insurance program to cover break downs and repairs for Ten Grand. I found more coverage for under 6 grand on my own. I canceled with boat & RV and took 6 months to get a refund from them. I called there insurance company and they had no record of me having been insured by them.

  • I have a 2015 Holiday Rambler Ambassador and had a cracked windshield. Had it replaced in February and without it ever moving it had cracked again. They had another windshield provider install it and days later it was cracked again. It hasn't moved at all since December when I started this process. I am in Florida on flat ground also. They now say I need to get the flex evaluated to verify no structural issues and won't replace it under warranty again. Any ideas on what could be causing this to continue to crack? Thanks.
